Home Health Check (Includes Quarterly Rental Health Report)
We will provide you with a comprehensive home health report every quarter. Our team inspects doors, windows, water taps, and checks for leaks, fumes, and insects. We ensure that all electrical equipment, television channels, internet, and lighting are functioning properly. We also inspect and adjust air-conditioning (heating/cooling) and hot water settings. Additionally, we can water your plants upon request.
We restock the inventory with essential items like wine glasses and coffee cups to ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay. Small replacements (unit cost under €5) are covered by us.
Our goal is to ensure the best possible experience for your guests, with everything in perfect working order. This is what we call a healthy holiday rental at Eden and Reeve Homes.

Secure Key Holding
We act as your eyes and ears here in Spain. If you need insurance work done or any scheduled visits, we can promptly visit the property with your key, securely stored in our office. Friends and family can also easily pick up the key from us for their holiday.
This service is included in the Eden and Reeve Homes Property Management subscription. If you prefer only this service without full property management, the Key Holding Service is €100 (Excl. VAT) per year.

Online Presence & Findability
To manage your home and make it available for bookings, we rely on several software programs. This monthly fee ensures your home's internal health and allows it to be booked by holiday guests year-round and worldwide.
These software systems provide detailed monthly insights into maintenance and help us manage income settlements. Our clear digital administration enables us to send you income reports and quarterly health check updates seamlessly.

Damage Control
If we find any damage and it needs to be repaired, we will let you know immediately. We look into who should take care of the damage (owner, community or e.g. neighbours) and we can take care of the full communication with third parties so that they can give us the order for the possible repairs.
We request quotations (from plumbers, electricians, technicians, painters, etc.) we send the quotations to you as the owner, we organise the appointments, we open the door and we are present during the repair work, we check the quality of the work and we make sure the house is delivered clean.

Security Check
n consultation with you, we empty your mailbox to create the impression that someone is home. If you prefer, we can personally forward important mail to you or deliver it to your gestor. We also check the alarm system and clear any excess rubbish and leaves around the house to maintain an inhabited appearance.
